This is an excellent bakery that bakes a really good millet/rice combo read, flatbread, bagels, and rolls. Unfortunately, there are cross contamination issues so there is a likely trace amount of gluten present. Many moms still use this bread along with enzymes with DPPIV. You must, unfortunately, order at least 24 items for them to ship to you. This is OK if you have the freezer space, but the best suggestion is to go in with 2 or 3 other moms and share orders. Average price per loaf/item is $5.00 but they taste really good.
